Our Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived defective, damaged, or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund — your choice. Just email us a photo of the issue and we'll take care of it immediately.

How to Start a Return

Email us at brightdailygoods@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return (plus a photo if the item is damaged). We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item or color, email us and we'll do our best to accommodate. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items visibly used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
