How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 8–23 business days. We ship from overseas warehouses to keep our prices low and pass the savings on to you. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email contact@brightdailygoods.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted for you right away.
Do I need to return the damaged item?
In most cases, no. For damaged or defective items we typically don't require a return — just send us a photo and we'll take care of it.
